Frido Dual Gel Insole comes in 2 different size. 1. Small (5-7 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 5 UK to 7 UK. 2. Regular (8-11 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 8 UK to 11 UK. Upon selecting the correct option, you can use scissors to trim the insole from the top to find a custom fit. We have provided a guide to trim the insole in the package.

Yes, most of the shoes nowadays have a removable or lightly glued insole, which can be taken off with no effort. In case your shoes doesn't have a removable insole, simply place Frido insole on top of your existing insole and you're good to go.
